1. Meditation to experience the calm of the present moment

This meditation invites you to use the present moment to live in it. Every moment, regardless of what happens in the form, contains wholeness, union, and perfection. Calm sustains any form of hustle and bustle. You don't have to force yourself to calm down. Experiencing it depends only on your acceptance of it, on observing everything that happens and looking beyond it.

2. Meditation on the fullness of Being.

This meditation leads you to observe the manifestations of Life on Earth. It invites you to connect with the evidence of being alive, to feel life in every moment. Life is what we essentially Are. We can be aware of the life that we are and observe that we cannot improve, that we are perfection itself. Existence Is, it does not judge, it does not resist. Therefore, when we do not judge, we find ourselves.

3. Meditation observe the feeling.

This meditation invites you to connect with gratitude and surrender to not judging anyone, including yourself. It helps you ask your wise self for help so that the present moment is free from interpretation. It offers you the opportunity to allow yourself to feel and think exactly as you feel and think. It also leads you to listen to the full silence, to feel love in everything, to feel connected to everything.
